1. These terms and conditions relate to your application to take in part in any competition organized by Zebramodels Ltd. Please read the following carefully and only submit your application if you comply with it.

2. Through out this document the terms 'us', 'we', 'our', 'website' or 'site' refer to 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'®. Through out this document the terms 'Contestant', 'you', 'your', 'user' refer to anyone that uses this site.

ADULT MATERIAL
3. We reserve the right to remove pictures which we deem to be offensive or without taste at our sole discretion. Contestants are not permitted nude photos in their Galleries.

DISCLAIMER
4. This website and all its content and information, including but not limited to images, text, or any media content (herein referred to as the 'Content') is provided 'as is'. We claim no warranties of any kind, express, implied or otherwise to the operation of this website, its services and Content. 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'® is in no way responsible for damages of any kind including but not limited to direct, indirect, accidental, consequential, circumstantial, or incidental damages as a result of your use of this website and its services, including damages that may arise as a result of information being transferred to us or to other users. We are not responsible for any data, information or content in any form that may become damaged, lost or corrupted as a result of any hardware, software, online failures, or any other technical malfunction or disturbance.
5. 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'® will not be held liable by you for any of the aforementioned damages arising directly, or indirectly from your use of our services and this website. We shall not be held liable for any loss of personal information posted in any public area of the site. Users acknowledge that any information posted is done so at their own risk.
6. By taking part in any offline 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'® event, you agree to release and hold us harmless from any and all possible damages, losses, claims, actions and rights of any kind including personal injuries, property damage, or other tragedy resulting or relating directly or indirectly from participation in said events.

ELIGIBILITY
7. Any female who is 18 years of age or older is eligible to become a Contestant. By using this site you concede that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter and to abide by all terms and conditions of use.
8. Contestants are expected to maintain accurate and up to date information in their profile. Having inaccurate information may jeopardize a Contestant's eligibility should she qualify for the finals.

REGISTRATION
9. As candidate, you are requested to send us a set of 3 pictures, which will be posted on our website. The pictures should include:
o 1 head and shoulder picture,
o 1 full length picture, and
o 1 free style picture.
10. These pictures must be professional pictures and we will not accept any snapshots taken from personal cameras, mobile phones, etc.
11. You must register as a member of Zebramodels on the "I Wannabe a Model" page in order to take part in this beauty pageant.
12. We welcome candidates from all over the world and there is no limitation of height or size.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'® CONTENT
12. 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'® retains and owns other proprietary rights in our site and services. The site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks and other content information of 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'®. With the exception of information in the public domain, you may not copy, modify, publish, duplicate, distribute, transmit, display or sell any such information, Content or otherwise unless given express special permission from us.

13. You hereby concede and understand that we reserve the right to terminate accounts without notice and remove Content, including messages, images or profiles that is/are deemed inappropriate or in violation of this agreement, or may be offensive, promote illegal activity or in any way violate the rights, harm or threaten 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'® or its users. To be determined at our sole discretion.
14. When posting Content to a public area of the site, you hereby grant us the rights to use the said Content for promotional use in any manner without previous notice of use or compensation in any form.

VOTING AND CHEATING
15. This is an online voting competition. Each member of the public is only allowed to vote once. A jury will also be present on the finals in order to elect the 3 winners of the competition.
16. Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Forms of cheating may include but are not limited to spam or excessively repetitive voting, low voting other Contestants, creating multiple accounts for the purpose of vote spamming. Other forms of cheating to be determined at our sole discretion. Anyone suspected of cheating is subject to extreme scrutiny and investigation. Any Contestants that are found to be cheating may be disqualified immediately without notice. All situations regarding cheating will be investigated to the fullest extent possible and offenses will be determined based on consensus of 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'® at our sole discretion. The most appropriate action to be taken will also be determined at our sole discretion.
17. The user should be aware that all activity on this website is tracked, recorded and closely monitored including member signups, voting history and IP addresses. If any user is violating the above policies, the website administration will know about it. A lack of contact between the administration and the user does not indicate a lack of awareness on the part of the administration.
18. You hereby agree to be bound by these terms and subject to the repercussions inherent in violating said terms without dispute.

GENERAL
19. You hereby concede and understand that the approval and activation of member accounts is based upon the consensus of 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'®. Accounts may be activated, rejected, suspended or deleted at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.
20. 'Face of Zebramodels 2011'® may modify, add, change or remove any part of these conditions at any time and without notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms and conditions periodically.
