This is a none Exclusive Contract for all the makeup artists for one year.

HEREBY IT IS AGREED as follows: Id required
(1) Here in after called the makeup artist.
You have been appointed to become a makeup artist to work with Zebramodels.
You will be called upon for Photo Sessions / Commercials / Fashion Shows / Stage Dance
TV Work / Music Videos.
(2a) Zebramodels will book you for photo shoots / Filming, Video and events.
(2b) If Zebramodels books a makeup artist for any event the agency will receive 20%,
from the makeup artist's commission fee.
The agency reserves the right to cancel any booking.The makeup artist is entitled,
to the payment after his/her job is completed.
The payment takes 10 days. You will receive payment from Zebramodels by post,
as soon as the funds become available,
from the client and a statement will be e-mailed to you. You the makeup artist,
must contact Inland Revenue for your self Assessment VAT.
(2bc) Portfolio pictures presented to the agency by the makeup artist,
must be actual work done by the makeup artist and should not have been retouched.
Zebramodels would require 10 portfolio pictures from each makeup artist to be uploaded on the agency's website
(2c) The makeup artist named above must not undertake any job from our clients in any part of the world as long as,
the makeup artist is still working with Zebramodels. The makeup artist is required,
to contact Zebramodels if any of our clients offers him/her a job.
You the makeup artist must direct the client to Zebramodels.
Do not give any of our clients your personal details.
Always give the agency's details to the client when ever you attend an event on behalf of Zebramodels.
(3) If the makeup artist named above shall be guilty of any serious misconduct,
or any serious breach of non-observance of any of the conditions,
in this agreement, or shall neglect, fail or refuse to carry out the duties assigned to him/her,
the makeup artist named above will be removed from Zebramodels' website network and database.
If Zebramodels is holding any payment due to you,
it will pay you in full and we will remove your name from our database.
(4) If the makeup artist cannot keep an appointment, he/she,
must contact Zebramodels at least 24 hours before the shoot.
Failure to do so will result in the makeup artist being expelled from Zebramodels.
(5a) If you need any assistance, have any questions or concerns, please contact the agency.
Variation of Terms & Conditions to Zebramodels may amend this contract,
from time to time by a document referring expressly to this paragraph.
Termination of this contract within one year will be breach of the contract.
It is free to register. Makeup artists can terminate this contract after one year.
It will take 7 days to close your account in writing.
If Zebramodels is holding any payment due to you it will pay you in full and will close your account.
(5b) From time to time Zebramodels will contact the makeup artists by e-mail with updates.
(6) If a makeup artist defaults on this contract within one year,
You the makeup artist will be removed from our database and website.
(7) We will promote your work on Zebramodels website for one year.
After one year you can stay with Zebramodels or you can leave.
We may book a photo session if you do not have the right photographs to promote you on our website.
We will do our best for you.
(8) Zebramodels is an employment agency. We will promote you as a makeup artist and we will do our best for you.
(9) This is a none Exclusive contract. If we can not provide jobs for you after 6 months (six) of signing this contract,
we will still keep you on our database and provide you with jobs from time to time. We may provide jobs for you at any time.
This will depend when we find a job for you.
(10) Zebramodels is acting on your behalf to receive payments from the clients at any time you have done a job.
By signing your name above, you agree to the terms of this contract and you have 14 days cooling off period.

To terminate this contract after one year, you the makeup artist will be required to write to Zebramodels or the contract will continue.
