For events and wedding photographs and videos valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, the (" Client")
(01) The ("Photographer") and ("Videographer") his/her heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, those for whom photographer is acting , and those acting with his / her authority and permission ( hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Users") the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, to promote in our website display and any advertising display without limitation, reproductions thereof in which the client named above may be included, in whole or in part.
(02) The photographers and videographer will not used the photos and videos for illustration promotion, editorial, advertising, trade, or sale the images without contacting the client named above.
(03) Payments: The client named above agreed to pay a deposit of 50% the total cost of the of the booking and the balance will be paid after the job is done. All payment will be paid to Zebralens ltd. Deposit will not be refundable. Re-booking an event are welcome this will be depending if we are free on the day you are re-booking your event. No guaranty that Zebralens will cover the event for re-booking an event.
(04) If we have contact a third party company to provide a service for your event. You need to make a payment direct to the company this will depend on what you agreed with the company.
(05) Clients can contact us at any time to re-order prints, videos and cd's this is be extra cost to the clients. For re-order will take 14 days to be delivered .
(06) We will do our best to upload some of the photos and videos in our website for the public view without any limitation from the client name above. Our website and network receive over 8,000 visitors a day. We do not upload every photographs and video we cover in our website . Everything depends on what we want to release to in our online data. This is a free services for our clients. Broadcasting photographs and videos online for free. We hold all the copyrights.
(07) The photographer and videographer holds the copyright of all photographs and video taken during the above event and all images will be in our image bank online and offline. The client hereby agreed all the information in this release.

Wedding day is a dream day and everything needs to be just perfect.

You can be sure that we will comprehend and realize your needs and expectations, understanding your stylistic preferences and having a clear plan of how to execute the photo session and cover the whole event.

Your needs
We always discuss everything with you prior to the wedding to ensure you get the wedding album you envision. We will exactly know what you want. Either it is mostly journalistic style or formal poses, color or black & white. We will be able to customize the process to meet your needs. We want to define and fulfill your expectations and desires.

Place
We will be familiar with the ceremony and reception site as we always come earlier to avoid any unnecessary surprises, thus be able quickly and efficiently capture the best shots.

Sequence
We will plan the wedding day photography from beginning to end. You will let us know the sequence of activities and whom, what, when and where you want to photograph.

Package 1 - BASIC DIGITAL
- Photography up to 1 hour before the ceremony, the marriage ceremony itself, group shots, 'editorial' style individual shots, 'reportage' shots up to the start of the wedding dinner (up to 5 hours). No limit to the number of images taken.
- CD or DVD of all images (color and black & white).

- Photography up to 1 hour before the ceremony, the marriage ceremony itself, group shots, 'editorial' style individual shots, 'reportage' shots, wedding dinner, including speeches (up to 7 hours). No limit to the number of images taken.
- CD or DVD of all images (color and black & white).
- A superb 20 page, 20cm by 30cm digital album OR 30cm x 30 cm traditional album (a choice of covers and papers) with up to 50 carefully edited images creating a wonderful reportage and formal record of your special day.

-Photography up to 3 hours before the ceremony, the marriage ceremony itself, group shots, 'editorial' style individual shots, 'reportage' shots, wedding dinner, speeches, 1 hour of the party (up to 9 hours). No limit to the number of images taken.
- CD or DVD of all images (color and black & white).
- A superb 40 page, 20cm by 30cm digital album OR 30cm x 30 cm traditional album (a choice of covers and papers) with up to 100 carefully edited images creating a wonderful reportage and formal record of your special day.
- Framed picture - wide variety of designer frames and mount templates (min 24 by 24 inches)

Package 4 - GOLDEN
-Photography up to 3 hours before the ceremony, the marriage ceremony itself, group shots, 'editorial' style individual shots, 'reportage' shots, wedding dinner, speeches, 3 hours of the party (up to 12 hours). No limit to the number of images taken.
- Photography up to 3 hours on a separate day at any location or studio shoots
- CD or DVD of all images (color and black & white).
- A superb 60 page, 20cm by 30cm digital album OR 30cm x 30 cm traditional album (a choice of covers and papers) with up to 150 carefully edited images creating a wonderful reportage and formal record of your special day.

All packages include
A client brief to be filled in before the wedding. A meeting before the wedding to discuss all your needs. This allows us all to carefully plan your wedding photographic schedule. A DVD containing all your wedding photographs. This high resolution images are not watermarked and come in three folders (color, BW and thumbnails). A selection of your wedding photographs uploaded to your personal client area on this website. Only the bride and groom will receive the username and password to view this photographic selection and choose which pictures to include in your album.
Album upgrades
All packages can be adapted for individual requirements. Album upgrades can be provided upon request. Additional parent, pocket books and duplicate albums can be ordered upon request.

Travel
There is no charge for travel within a 30 miles radius of Central London. Locations outside the 30 miles radius are subject to a 50p. per mile travel charge.
