HERBY IT IS AGREED as follows:                             Please  your  id  is needed

(1) Here in and after called the model. You have been appointed to become a model to work with Zebramodels. You will be called upon to take part in our Photo Sessions / Commercials / Fashion Shows / Stage Dance / TV Work / Music Videos.

(2a) When ever we book you for a photo shoots / Filming and Videos. Clients will contact you from any part of Africa and book you as a model. You will contact Zebramodels with the client name and company name so we can search for your own security. We will contact you by email with company information within 24hrs of the request.  
(2b) Zebramodels do not take any commission fee if you are living in Africa. You the model will only make a one off payment to Zebramodels within one year. The agency reserves the right to cancel any booking. The model is entitled to the payment after his/her job is completed. You the model must contact Inland Revenue for your self Assessment VAT. 
 (2c) The model named above must undertake any job from our clients in any part of the Africa as long as the model is still working with Zebramodels. The model is required to contact Zebramodels if any of our clients offers him/her a job. You the model must direct the client to Zebramodels. Always give the agency details to the client when ever you attend a casting for Zebramodels. After a casting you must contact Zebramodels by email. You need to let us know the outcome of the job or casting.
(3) If the model named above shall be guilty of any serious misconduct or any serious breach of non-observance of any of the conditions in this agreement, or shall neglect, fail or refuse to carry out the duties assigned to him/her, the model named above will be removed from the Zebramodels' website network and data. If Zebramodels is holding any payment due to you we will pay in full and we will remove your name from our agency.
 (4) If the model cannot keep an appointment, he/she must contact Zebramodels immediately or the client and at least 48 hours before the shoot. Failure to do so will result in the model being expelled from Zebramodels. 
(5a) If you need any assistance, have any questions or concerns, please contact the agency. Variation of Terms & Conditions to Zebramodels may amend this contract from time to time by a document referring expressly to this paragraph. Termination of this contract within one year will be breach of the contract. It is not free to register. Models can terminate this contract after one year. It will take 7 days to close your account in writing. If Zebramodels is holding any payment due to you we will pay in full and we will close the account. You can 
(5b) From time to time Zebramodels publish news letter in our website and e-mail job list to all the members.
(6) If a model defaults on this contract within one year, You the model will be remove from data and website. 
(7) We will promote you in Zebramodels website for one year. After one year you can stay with Zebramodels or you can leave. We may book you for a photo shoot if you do not have the right photographs to promote you in our website. We will do our best for you. 
(8) Zebramodels is an employment agency. We promote you as a model or actor for and we will do our best for you.
(9) This is none Exclusive contract.  We will still keep you in our  data and providing you jobs from time to time. We may provide jobs for you at any time. This will depend when we find a job for you. 
(10) Zebramodels is acting on your behalf. We do not  receive payments on your behalf from any  client at any time you have done a job. You the freelance model will contact the client for payment with an invoice. 
(11)  we will publish your email address in the website so clients can contact you direct for any photo shoots, videos and pr events.
(12) All the models from Africa must pay to upload photographs and videos in our website.  We will need 10 very good fashion photos per a model ( from 5mb @ 300dip per a photo ) Videos must run 3mts only. Clients will contact you direct for jobs.
