Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions must be agreed on by the Client in order to gain membership to the Zebramodels.com website and services. Zebramodels.com and its services are owned and operated by Zebramodels Ltd.
As a client and member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read and accept these Terms and Conditions and if you have any objections, please refrain from using our services.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be changed by Zebramodels Ltd at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms and Conditions on the Zebramodels.com website. As a Client and member, you are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with any updated Terms and Conditions. Continuing to use our services represents your agreement to be bound by any updated Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions (as updated from time to time) shall together with any other documentation, be specifically referred to herein for the entire agreement between the Client/member and Zebramodels Ltd.
Zebramodels Ltd recommends that the Client retains a copy of these Terms and Conditions for personal reference.
Our service
Zebramodels.com operates a website which provides:
A service enabling advertisers such as television production companies, advertising agencies, theatres, events promotion companies and other advertisers operating in the entertainment industry to become official members and therefore clients of Zebramodels Ltd. As a member and Client, they will be permitted to place classified advertisements or notices of castings on Zebramodels.com and/or book our models and actors. Without official membership to Zebramodels.com, companies are not permitted to book Zebramodels.com models or actors. If companies choose to book models or actors without membership, Zebramodels.com is not responsible for any potential dangers that may occur as a result of the booking.
" Clients may choose to place advertisements or notices of castings on Zebramodels.com. Models seeking castings within the entertainment industry may choose to apply to such advertisements. The model must contact Zebramodels.com directly to carry out the application procedure. Zebramodels.com will then forward the model's details directly to the Client or provide further application instructions.
" The Client/member has the option to contact models directly.
" When a Client books a model for the first time, Zebramodels will carry out a thorough checking service which involves verification of the company, its company house and country of origin.
" Zebramodels.com is not responsible for the content, and makes no warranty as to the accuracy of a model's personal information. Clients should always use their own professional discretion in deciding whether to contact, audition or cast models. Zebramodels Ltd shall not be liable under any circumstances for the actions of any model.
" Zebramodels.com can guarantee that all modeling pictures posted on our website are a 100% reflection of the model's true image.
" A Client's submission of a notice of casting on Zebramodels.com is taken as consent for Zebramodels.com to use the Client's name, website, email, logo and notice of casting in any marketing or promotional activities conducted by Zebramodels Ltd.
The Zebramodels.com services described above are solely limited to i) providing Clients with information about models seeking work in the entertainment industry ii) providing models with information about Clients seeking industry employers. These services are the only areas where information regarding Clients and models is communicated and shared. Zebramodels.com is not directly connected to the Clients or models apart from with respect to these Terms and Conditions.
Liability
The client agrees that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in any/all liability and responsibility of Zebramodels Ltd to the Client or any other person in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or in connection with the Zebramodels.com services, website, another member's acts or omissions, or the Client's use of or inability to use, the services of this website is excluded. This is regardless of whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Zebramodels.com liability and responsibility is excluded with respect to any/all loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business or anticipated savings, general and special damages, and consequential and incidental loss.
Indemnity
The Client agrees to release, indemnify and keep Zebramodels.com indemnified from and against all actions, claims, costs (including legal costs and expenses) losses, proceedings, damages, liabilities, or demands suffered or incurred by us to any person arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of Zebramodels Ltd services.
Responsibility for minors
Zebramodels.com is a website intended for persons aged 18 or over. The Client acknowledges that some parts of the Zebramodels.com site may contain material that is inappropriate for minors. Minors who choose to access this site are required to be supervised by a parent or guardian. Minors are not permitted to upload images of an adult nature.
Payments to Model/ Industry Employer
If the Client is based in Africa, it is their sole responsibility to provide the agreed payment directly to the Model/ Industry Employer. The payment must be activated by the Client immediately after a job is completed, on the day that the job is carried out.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Zebramodels.com website is operated and controlled from both England and Nigeria. These Terms and Conditions and any further agreements arising from Zebramodels.com website are also governed by International law. Any disputes which arise in relation to these Terms and Conditions or any updated Terms and Conditions, or any agreements arising from Zebramodels.com website will be heard in the Client's own original country and resolved in accordance with International law.

Inaccurate Information
All Client information provided to us must be complete and accurate. If the Client's information changes, they will be responsible for providing Zebramodels.com with the updated information. Zebramodels.com shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or consequences as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information we receive from Clients.
The Zebramodels.com service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web websites or resources. Zebramodels.com has no control over such websites and resources. The client must acknowledge and agree that Zebramodels.com is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. The client also acknowledges and agrees that Zebramodels.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, any such content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.
Privacy
Zebramodels Ltd (registered in Nigeria under company house) collects personal information about the Client through the Client's use of the services and the Zebramodels.com website, including the Client's registration details, information relating to the Client's use of the website, the content the Client can access, and any messages the Client sends. The Client agrees that Zebramodels.com may use the Client's personal information to assist us in providing more services to the Client, for internal research purposes, to verify the Client's identity, for promoting and marketing other Zebramodels.com products and services to the Client and for any other uses that the Client authorizes.
The Client also agrees that when it chooses to make its company profile public or include photos in the talent directory, that Zebramodels.com will publish company information and photos, and allow models to contact the Client directly. Zebramodels.com has permission to access and modify the Client's company information at any time.
Zebramodels.com will not sell or allow third parties to access the Client's company information without the Client's consent. The Client must however, agree that Zebramodels.com may disclose company information, including the Client's name and contact details, to the relevant authorities, parties and/or the applicable intellectual property right holders (or their representatives) where the law requires Zebramodels.com to do so.
